Questions people ask
What does L-arginine do?
L-arginine is an amino acid the body uses to make nitric oxide, which supports healthy circulation and is why it is taken for heart health and recovery.*
Why add citrulline?
Citrulline is converted into arginine in the body and helps keep levels up for longer than arginine alone.
Will I feel a tingle?
Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation at higher amounts. At 80 mg per serving it is unlikely.
Can I take it with my stack?
Yes. It is part of the Heart Health Stack and pairs well with CoQ10 and Omega-3.
Who should check with a provider first?
Pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition or taking prescription medication should check with their healthcare provider before starting any supplement. This matters most if you take blood pressure medication or a blood thinner, or have surgery scheduled.
