The difference was not luck, and it was not only genetics. It was lifestyle. It was behavior. It was what they knew, and what they did with what they knew.
Most of what diminishes our quality of life builds quietly, over decades, while we are busy living. Our bodies whisper long before they speak loudly. We built Kikaboni for the space before the crisis.
We also built it for ourselves. We are aging professionals with demanding careers and ambitious futures, doing it in bodies that are changing whether we invite the conversation or not. We live realistic lives. We do not eat perfectly, move perfectly or rest perfectly. We operate in the real world, not a wellness brochure.
