By accessing or purchasing from kikaboni.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use or purchase from this Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site. Kikaboni reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Section 03 — Products & Supplement Disclaimer
Kikaboni sells dietary supplements and wellness products formulated with natural ingredients including, but not limited to, elderberry, sea moss, and other botanical extracts. All products are manufactured in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
Results from our products may vary from person to person. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to replace a balanced diet, healthy lifestyle, or professional medical care. Individual ingredient sensitivities or allergies are the responsibility of the purchaser to evaluate prior to use — always review the full ingredient list before consuming any Kikaboni product. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact a healthcare professional.
Allergen Notice: Some products may be manufactured in facilities that also process tree nuts, soy, dairy, or gluten. Refer to individual product labels for allergen information.
Section 04 — Orders & Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the displayed price. Kikaboni reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Sales tax is collected where required by applicable law. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our Site.
Section 05 — Shipping & Delivery
Kikaboni ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Kikaboni is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by their country.
Section 06 — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer the following return policy for purchases made directly on kikaboni.com:
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping charges).
Opened products are not eligible for return due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@kikaboni.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Kikaboni reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
Section 07 — Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the exclusive property of Kikaboni or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without express written permission from Kikaboni.

Kikaboni does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Kikaboni makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.
Section 10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kikaboni, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or its products.
In no event shall Kikaboni's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Site or products exceed the amount you paid to Kikaboni in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Kikaboni. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
